Last post we have a quick look about the mini winch manufacturing process.

In this post, you will get how it runs from our daily 4 basic tests. 

1.No-load test.

Judging electric current, noise, torque and braking performance when zero-load test.

2.Rated load test.

Under the rated voltage, frequency, rated load, the inspection should meet below :

  • The motor and brake should have no abnormality if the motor end voltage deviation is ±10% during the boost and step-down inspection.
  • Brake slip shall not be bigger than 100mm.
  • Lifting speed is 10m/min, allowable deviation of ±1m/min.
  • Lifting height is 12M, allowable deviation ±350mm

3.Static load test.
The hoist can bear 1.25 times rated load when making the static load test. It lifts 100-200mm from the ground and the suspension time shall not be less than 10min. After the test, daily inspection should be conducted. The stressed parts should have no crack, permanent deformation and paint peeling.
4.Dynamic load test.
The hoist should bear 1.1 times rated load when doing dynamic load test. It works normally and brakes reliably after 5 times repeated up and down on the test bench. After the test, daily inspection should be conducted. The stressed parts should have no crack, permanent deformation and paint peeling.
